比赛简介

贵州依山傍水，得天独厚的地形和其美丽的自然环境相当适合打造低空运动。培育国际级低空飞行品牌赛事，提升国内外知名度和影响力，发展贵州山地旅游，力争3年内将贵州低空飞行赛事打造成国际顶级赛事。贵州这块区域一定会响誉国际，前往探访的国内外爱好者必会慕名而来，使之成为全球最负盛名的低空旅游胜地指日可待。为积极助推贵州山地户外运动“水、陆、空”一体化的蓬勃发展，打造具有贵州特色的滑翔伞低空旅游示范地，2018年8月24—31日将在盘州乌蒙大草原、六枝牂牁江、安龙山地公园三地举行为期8天的比赛。

2018翱翔贵州—国际滑翔伞特技飞行比赛是中国贵州首届举办的高水平国际性滑翔伞赛事，届时将有120余名来自全世界的特技飞行、翼装飞行、定点飞行等全外籍运动员参与，除了常规的定点比赛以外，还增加了特技飞行比赛，此次赛事也是中国贵州第一次大规模举办的高规格、高水准国际滑翔伞赛事，定会引起中国国内滑翔伞运动热潮。高水平赛事看点十足，华丽的空翻、直升机、接地螺旋、非对称土星、节奏土星、回环筋斗、米丝蒂翻转等飞行特技展示，为观众带来一场震撼的视觉盛宴和前所未有的刺激感，可以说本次赛事相比其他滑翔伞赛事，是最精彩、最刺激、最具观赏性的一场比赛。

活动期间，还将邀请国际知名滑翔伞飞行教练亲临贵州指导开班教学。我们将以专业化的标准来保证授课质量，为热爱滑翔伞运动的爱好者们提供滑翔伞初级启蒙培训和中、高级深入培训的机会。不仅如此，同时还邀请到国际知名双人伞教练开展特技滑翔伞双人带飞体验，让你与天空亲密接触，感受滑翔伞给你带来的刺激、激情释放的独特魅力，各类飞行特技体验，平时看着都觉得炫目的动作，现在都可亲身体验，绝对让你回味无穷，流连忘返。

Event Info：

Fronting water and with a hill at the back, Guizhou's advantaged terrain and beautiful natural environment are suitable for low-altitude sports. To develop Guizhou mountain tourism and strive to make Guizhou low-altitude flight competition become an international top level competition within 3 years, so as to enhance the popularity and influence of Guizhou at domestic and overseas. Guizhou will certainly be internationally acclaimed, and visitors from everywhere will be attracted to Guizhou. Guizhou will soon become a world-famous low-altitude tourist destination. In order to actively promote the vigorous development of Guizhou mountain outdoor sports, and build a low-altitude tourism demonstration site featuring paragliding with Guizhou characteristics,an 8-day competition will be held in Panzhou, Zangke river and Anlong mountain park.

"2018Guizhou Airgame---International Paraglider Aerobatic Competition” is the first high-level international paragliding competition held in China. There will be more than 120 foreign athletes participate in the competition, including aerobatics competition athletes、wingsuit flying athletes and accuracy competition athletes . In addition to regular projects, the competition increases the aerobatics competition.This event is also the first large-scale international paragliding event held in Guizhou, China. It will surely cause a boom of paragliding in China. The high-level events are very wonderful. Aerial tumbling, helicopter, ground spiral, the asymmetric SAT, Misty flip and other flight effects are on display. Compared with other paragliding events, this competition will be the best and the most brilliant paragliding competition. During the activity, world-renowned paragliding flight coach will be invited to Guizhou for a teaching guide. We will use professional knowledge to ensure the quality of teaching, and provide paragliding enthusiasts with the opportunity of elementary training, intermediate training and advanced training.Not only that, but also invited world-renowned tandem wing coach to take you on a flight. 参赛资格

参赛人员年龄须为18至65周岁，持有各个国家航协或滑翔伞运动员管理行政部门颁发的滑翔伞飞行证书、B级（含）以上滑翔伞运动证书和有效航空运动项目人身意外保险证明。

Entrant Eligibility: Age, 18—65 years old; Possession of paragliding certificates issued by various national aeronautics associations or paragliders management administrative department;Certificate of paragliding above level B (inclusive level B) ;Valid certificate of personal accident insurance for air sports.

有以下身体状况者不能参加比赛:

1）恐高、各种心脏病患者；

2）飞行前服用影响正常飞行的药品都不能参加飞行。

3）三个月内进行过大型手术不能参与飞行；

4）比赛前患感冒、发烧等症状；

5）其它不适合飞行运动的疾病（孕妇、饮酒过度、赛前疲劳）。

6）使用兴奋剂或其他药品者一律取消参赛资格。

注：比赛中如因本人身体原因导致的后果由参赛单位及本人负全责，与赛事组委会无关。

Not allowed to compete in the following conditions:

1、People with fear of heights and heart disease.

2、Take drugs that interfere with normal flight before flying.

3、Major surgery was performed within three months.

4、Have a cold, fever and other symptoms before the game.

5、Other diseases not suitable for flying. ( Pregnant woman/Excessive drinking/Pre-competition fatigue)

6、All persons who use stimulants or other drugs are disqualified from the competition.

Comment:The participating units and themselves shall be liable for any consequences arising out of their own physical condition during the competition,

the organizing committee of the competition will not bear any responsibility.

第一站：六盘水盘州乌蒙大草原

乌蒙大草原是西南地区海拔最高，面积最大的高原草场之一。最高海拔为2857米，年平均气温为11.1℃，是一个夏日避暑的良好去处。这里有一望无际的独特高原草场，有万亩高原矮杜鹃林，有充满神奇色彩美丽动人的高山湖泊，有民族文化浓郁的彝族风情，有世界罕见的自然奇观——佛光，并融雄、奇、险、峻、幽于一身的牛棚梁子大山、八担山等。

First stop:Wumeng Grassland of Panzhou

Wumeng grassland is one of the highest and largest grassland in southwest China.With a maximum elevation of 2857 meters and an annual average temperature of 11.1 ℃, Wumeng is a good summer resort. Here has unique plateau vast grassland and ten thousand acres of plateau dwarf rhododendron forest. Here has beautiful mountains, lakes, and charismatic ethnic culture of Yi nationality. Here has a rare natural wonders of the world—— Buddha's light. Here also has the strange, dangerous, steep, secluded Niupengliangzi Mountain, Badan Mountain, etc.

1、起飞场：共有1号、2号两个起飞场。1号起飞场海拔高度2706米，可飞风向为东、东南、南西南风向；2号起飞场海拔高度2715米，可飞风向为西南、西、西北风向。

1、Take-off area :There are two take-off areas, No.1 and No.2. The altitude of No. 1 take-off area is 2706 meters above sea level,the wind direction is the east, the southeast, the south southwest wind direction that could fly; The altitude of No. 2 take-off area is 2715 meters above sea level,the wind direction is southwest, west and northwest that could fly.

2、降落场：共有主降落场和备用降落场各1个。主降落场位于1号起飞场的西南偏南角，2号起飞场的东南角；备用降落场位于1号起飞场的西南偏西角，2号起飞场的西南偏南角。

2、Landing area:We have one main landing area and one standby landing area. Main landing area is located in the southwest by south corner of No. 1 take-off area and the southeast corner of No. 2 take-off area. The standby landing area is located in the southwest by west corner of No.1 take-off area and southwest by south corner of No.2 take-off area.

3、航迹说明：1号起飞场可直接看到主降落场和备用降落场；2号起飞场起飞后，需向西南—南—东南方向转弯绕过山脊，方可看到主降落场和备用降落场。进场后注意观察地面风力风向，选择合适的航线进场安全降落。

3、Track description: The main landing area and the standby landing area can be seen directly from the No.1 take-off area ; After taking off from No.2 take-off area , the main landing area and the standby landing area will be visible only after turning southwest - south - southeast to bypass the ridge . Observe the ground wind direction and choose the appropriate route to land safely after entering the site.

4、迫降说明：从2号起飞场起飞后，若遇到强上升、下沉气流，风力风向加大或改变等情况导致消高困难或高度迅速下降而没法进入主降落场降落时，请根据实际情况，选择备用降落场安全降落。

4、Forced landing: After take off from No. 2, if encounter strong rise, sinking airflow, the wind direction to increase or change lead to height drops rapidly and could not enter the main landing field landing, according to the actual situation, please select the standby landing area landed safely.

第二站：六盘水六枝牂牁江

六枝牂牁江风景名胜区位于贵州省西部，六盘水东端的六枝特区境内，距六盘水市中心50公里（沿水黄（水城到黄果树）高等级公路至阿志河大桥处，转长兴公路7公里及是）面积259平方公里，含牂牁江景区、回龙溪景区、洒耳景区三个景区，共112个景点，1995年被批为贵州省风景名胜区。风景名胜区海拔724至2127米，属亚热带季风湿润温和气候，自然风光丰富多彩，民族风情古朴浓郁，人文景观历史悠久。

The Second Stop:Zangke River of Liuzhi

Zangke River scenic spot is located in the west of Guizhou province, which belongs to Liuzhi special zone. Zangke River is 50 kilometers from the downtown of Liupanshui municipality, covering an area of 259 square kilometers, including Zangke river scenic area, Huilongxi Streamlet scenic area and Saer scenic area,almost 112 scenic spots. It was approved as a scenic area of Guizhou province in 1995. The scenic area is 724 to 2127 meters above sea level. It belongs to sub-tropical humid monsoon climate. Here, the natural scenery is colorful, the ethnic customs are unsophisticated, and the cultural landscape has a long history.

起飞点距主降落点距离1560米，主起飞场海拔1265米，依据当前的水位745米，落差为520米。比值为3.25，小于4，满足最低滑降比要求。（如图所示）

The take-off point is 1560 meters from the main landing point. The main take-off area is 1265 meters above sea level. The current water level is 745 meters, and the drop is 520 meters. The ratio is 3.25 (＜4), conform the minimum slip ratio requirement.(As Shown In Below)

第三站：黔西南安龙山地公园

黔西南安龙：安龙县位于贵州省西南部，安龙县境内分布有汉族、布依族、苗族、土家族、侗族、彝族、仡佬族、水族等民族群体，少数民族占全县总人口的47.25%，常住人口35.9万人，属亚热带季风湿润气候区。年平均气温15.3℃。安龙国家山地户外运动公园位于贵州省黔西南州笃山镇境内，跨越10平方公里的辽阔区域，秉承“安全、环保、科学”的三大核心理念，充分发挥山地资源价值，发挥丰富的想象力，是一个饱含地域风格与户外运动文化精髓的国家山地户外运动示范公园。

The Third Stop: Anlong Mountain Park of Qian southwest

Anlong county is located in southwest of Guizhou province. In Anlong county, there are ethnic groups of Han nationality, Buyi nationality, Miao nationality, Tujia nationality, Dong nationality, Yi nationality, Gelao nationality and so on. There are 359000 permanent residents in the county, of whom 47.25% are ethnic minorities. Anlong National Mountain Park is located in the Dushan town, which belongs to the southwest of Guizhou Province, spanning a vast area of 10 square kilometers. Adhering to the "safety, environmental protection, science" of the three core ideas, Anlong mountain park could develop advantages of mountain resources. It is a national mountain outdoor sports demonstration park full of the essence of outdoor sports culture.

往届举办体育赛事、文化活动回顾

2012年、2015年、2016年成功在六枝牂牁江举办了“国际滑翔伞邀请赛”；2014年、2015年、2016年4月、2016年9月、2017年4月、2017年8月成功在盘州乌蒙大草原举办了“国际滑翔伞邀请赛”及马拉松、自行车、越野车、风筝节等大型国际体育赛事及音乐节，2016年国际山地旅游暨户外运动大会成功在晴隆县分会场二十四道拐举办了首届国际动力伞邀请赛。为广大市民提供“更科学、合理及专业的户外运动方式”，希望我公司能为贵州省推进大健康产业发展尽一份力，我们将按照政府指导文件，着力构建以“健”为支撑的运动康体产业，具体落实实施健康运动产业发展计划。

Review of Previous Sports Events and Cultural Events

"International Paragliding Invitational Competition" was successfully held in Zakeng River of Liuzhi in 2012，2015 and 2016;

"International Paragliding Invitational Competition",marathon race,the Kite Festival and Music Festival were held in Wumeng Grassland of Panzhou from 2014 to 2017;

The first "International Powered Parachutes Invitational Competition "was held in Qinglong county in 2016.

Provide citizens with "more scientific, reasonable and professional outdoor sports",we will be in accordance with the government guidelines, and strive to build "health" as the support of sports fitness industry, which carry out the implementation of health sports fitness industry development.
